What are your fees?
Our fees depend on what type of event you are having. Our packages start at $1750 and can be customized to meet your needs.
Do you only do wedding planning?
Nope! We are more than just wedding planners! We love bringing your vision to life, whether it’s a birthday party, anniversary, corporate event, or even a baby shower or bridal shower. We are here to help with the planning process from beginning to end. Check out all of our services here.
Do you have a particular decor or event style you work with?
We honestly LOVE all different kinds of events and do not have a specific ‘style’. We cater to our clients’ wants and needs and can help with the ideation, creation, and execution of your perfect design.
My venue already has a coordinator. Do I need a planner?
The venue coordinator is there to make sure the venue is holding up to their end of the contract. They make sure the food (if they are preparing) is served correctly, the lights are on, - basically anything that pertains to the venue specifically is their main concern.
An event coordinator/planner (like Sincerely Chic Events!) is there to make sure your day is executed exactly how you dreamed it to be. Event planners will make sure the centerpieces are correct, the vision is carried out as desired, the overall layout is correct, all vendors are on time and accountable for their services, and much, much more!
Do you create a timeline for the day of my wedding/event for all of my vendors to use?
We will send a detailed timeline for the entire day 1-2 weeks prior to the day-of your event to all vendors, including the venue coordinator. We will make sure that all vendors are able to add any of their details into our main timeline, so everyone is on the same page on your wedding day or event day.
Do you travel and if so, do you charge extra?
Yes, we LOVE to travel! If we are traveling/commuting more than 30 miles outside of the Raleigh or Durham area, we do charge a mileage fee. If we are traveling 60+ miles outside of the Raleigh or Durham area then we do charge either mileage or airline ticket fee (depending on where we are going), and our hotel stay for the time needed. (i.e. for a wedding, we would need hotel stay for rehearsal night and wedding day/night). We can iron out those details during our initial consultation!
How many people on your staff will be at my wedding?
All of our packages include 2 coordinators to be on site during your event. Depending on your guest count, we may have additional coordinators on site.
Do you have any certifications?
Yes! We are certified through Certified Wedding Planner Society.
Can you provide references from past brides who have had you as their planner or vendors who have worked with you before?
Yes, we are more than happy to send you references upon request!
